How to Change Light and Shadow Settings

• Make sure nothing is selected in the 3D view
• Go to the Property Panel on the right, and you’ll find the settings

Types of Light

• Ambient Light - affects the entire scene evenly.
• Directional Light - behaves like sunlight or lamp-light, coming from a specific angle and direction. It’s useful for casting shadows and setting the time of day or mood.
